We are looking for a stable and responsible production worker for a Try & Hire programme with a company in Ikast.
About the Job:
You will be part of the daily production and will work with operating and monitoring production facilities. The position includes machine operation, quality control, and various practical tasks.
Your Duties:

Operation and monitoring of production machines

Preparing production, including the paint booth and mixing

Changeover of production equipment
-
Quality control and ongoing follow-up on production
-
Cleaning and tidying around machines and work areas

Various practical tasks as needed
Your Qualifications
We are Looking for Someone who:

You are reliable and take responsibility for your tasks

You are willing to learn and develop
-
You thrive in physical and active work
-
You have technical or mechanical understanding
-
You can keep an overview during busy periods
-
You can work both independently and with others
-
Can communicate in Danish
-
A forklift certificate is preferred, but it is not a requirement
You do not need to be a qualified mechanic or have experience repairing machines. The company has both metalworkers and electricians for the more technical tasks. You will receive thorough training so that you become familiar with the machines and work processes.
