We are looking for two skilled machine carpenters for a modern and established wood production facility in Rødding.
One employee is wanted for the day shift and one employee for the night shift.
First and foremost, we are looking for qualified machine carpenters. Alternatively, you may be a qualified carpenter or joiner and have an interest in machines and industrial wood production.
It is important that you can work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and proactively seek new tasks when the planned tasks have been completed.
Job Responsibilities
Your primary tasks will include:

Operation, setup and monitoring of machines

Processing of wood and wood elements

Adjustment of production equipment

Checking dimensions, quality and finished items

Handling and preparation of materials

Ongoing quality assurance
-
Maintenance and tidying up around the work area

Other ad hoc tasks in production
You will receive a thorough introduction to the company’s machines, work processes and quality requirements.

Qualified machine carpenter

Alternatively, qualified carpenter or joiner

Has technical understanding and an interest in machinery

Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

Proactive and takes initiative in daily work

Has an eye for quality and works precisely

Reliable, flexible and cooperative

Thrives with physical work in a production environment

Preferably has a forklift certificate, but this is not a requirement
Working Hours
We are looking for employees for the following two shifts:
Day shift – five-day week
Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:00
Friday 06:00–12:15
Night shift – four-day week
Sunday to Wednesday 22:30–07:30
