We are looking for an ambitious and responsible production worker for a growing company in Ølholm near Tørring.
You will be an active part of the daily production and the packing area on the evening shift. At the same time, we are looking for an employee who has the desire and potential, over time, to take on more responsibility and contribute to coordinating production.
You do not need many years of management experience. The most important thing is that you have production experience, take initiative, and want to develop together with the company.
Your Work Tasks
Your primary tasks will include:

Actively participate in production and the packing area

Ensure correct shutdown of production

Contribute to the allocation and coordination of work tasks

Experience as a team leader, coordinator, or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your motivation, level of responsibility, and potential are what matter most.
Working hours and pay
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 2:00–10:30 pm
Work week: 32 hours
Pay: DKK 218.74 per hour
Location: Ølholm near Tørring
The pay is supplemented so that it corresponds to a 37-hour work week.
