Do you have production experience and have you previously been responsible for colleagues, a team or the daily operations? Then you could be the candidate we are looking for.
For a modern food company in Give, we are looking for a line manager for the evening shift. The position is relevant for you if you have solid production experience combined with experience of responsibility, coordination and day-to-day management.
You do not necessarily need to have held the title of line manager before. What matters is that you have experience from a role such as team leader, coordinator, person in charge or similar, where you have helped ensure structure, progress and good cooperation in the daily production.
Your main tasks will include:
• Ensuring stable and efficient operation of the production line
• Coordinating and allocating tasks among the employees
• Operating and monitoring production machines
• Following up on quality, hygiene and order
• Supporting and guiding employees in the daily production
• Taking responsibility and acting when challenges arise in production
• Contributing to good cooperation and an efficient flow on the production line
• Taking an active part in production as needed
We expect that you:
• Have production experience, preferably from the food industry
• Have experience of being responsible for employees, for example as a team leader, coordinator or person in charge
• Have a good overview and can stay calm on busy days
• Communicate clearly and are good at motivating your colleagues
• Are reliable, responsible and take ownership of your tasks
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Speak and write Danish
• Thrive in a role that combines practical work with responsibility and coordination
