On behalf of a food company in Ølholm, we are looking for a reliable and responsible oven operator for the evening shift.
You will be part of a busy production where precision, quality and overview are crucial to the daily operations. The position requires that you can work independently, stay calm and handle several tasks at the same time.
Experience from food production is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, learn quickly and want to take responsibility.
About the position:
As an oven operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the production ovens and making sure that the products are baked correctly and meet the applicable quality requirements.
Production runs in intervals of approximately five minutes. It is therefore important that you can keep an overview, react quickly and work systematically.
Your main tasks:

Operating and monitoring production ovens

Checking baking times and adjusting as needed

Assessing the baking and quality of the products

Quality control of finished products
-
Ensuring a stable and efficient production flow

Complying with applicable hygiene and quality standards

Maintaining order and structure around the workstation

Experience with production machines or from the food industry is an advantage, but we place particular emphasis on your motivation and attitude to work.
We offer:

A maternity cover position with the possibility of permanent employment

Permanent evening shift from Monday to Thursday

Hourly wage of DKK 218.74

A 32-hour working week with a pay supplement corresponding to 37 hours

Pay and conditions according to the collective agreement between the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) and NNF

An active working day with responsibility for an important part of production

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 14:00–22:30
Type of employment: Maternity cover with the possibility of permanent employment
Pay: DKK 218.74 per hour plus applicable collective agreement terms
